Job Summary
Interim Lead at Sephora Canada (Kelowna, BC) responsible for coaching and developing the store team to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales goals. Lead by example to create a high-performing, inclusive environment, drive performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations, and oversee onboarding, training, and daily operations (inventory, visual merchandising, store standards). Requires 2+ years of leadership experience in retail/hospitality/service, strong sales and client service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting; physical requirement to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time role with scheduling that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; compensation CAD$22.85–CAD$28.55 per hour plus potential bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
