Job Summary
Manage day-to-day HR operations for approximately 120 employees, including employee relations, benefits administration, leave of absence, and ADA compliance. Lead or assist with employment investigations, oversee recruiting and hiring activities, and manage the performance review process through UKG. Serve as the primary HR resource for UKG and HRIS-related matters while supervising one administrative employee. Partner with Finance regarding payroll processes and assist leadership with strategic planning during a critical organizational and HRIS transition. This interim role offers $45 to $53/hour for a 40+ hour week, with a preference for daily onsite presence in Algonac, New Haven, or Port Huron, MI.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of HR leadership experience at the manager or director level
- Experience with UKG or another HRIS platform
