Job Summary
Interim HR Governance & Operations Specialist leads governance reviews, designs and documents structured HR policies and workflows from onboarding to offboarding, refines payroll input controls and risk management within internal HR processes, and structures employee relations protocols to ensure consistency and adherence to local labor laws. The role focuses on aligning HR operations with governance standards and developing a proactive, scalable operating model, during a minimum 7-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work in Lisbon, Portugal (Airbus Portugal).
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Governance, or Internal HR Control/Audit environments
- Strong understanding of labour law frameworks and disciplinary procedures
- Payroll control mechanisms knowledge
- Project management skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
- Availability for immediate or short-notice start; temporary contract preferred
