Job Summary
Lead the UK Sales Support Team of three, setting priorities and overseeing capacity allocation across Regional, Strategic Partners, Ratings, and Wealth segments. Act as the senior escalation point for complex client and sales support matters, managing due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and client reporting requirements. Ensure high standards of client service throughout the lifecycle by coordinating information requests, rebate arrangements, and operational compliance. Drive continuous process improvement and mitigate operational risks while fostering collaboration across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing functions. This interim, 12-month fixed-term role provides maternity cover and requires adherence to FCA Conduct Rules.
Required Qualifications
- Significant asset-management experience within UK wholesale distribution, client service, sales support or a related function
- Strong understanding of the UK asset-management distribution landscape and the needs of different client segments, including UK platforms
- Strong client-service, organisational and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to engage across all levels of seniority
- Experience coordinating client requests, due diligence questionnaires, RFPs and associated servicing requirements
- Experience of legal agreements and rebate arrangements
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Subject to the Conduct Rules set by the FCA
