Job Summary
Lead the maintenance team for the customer's power heating facility in Borlänge, ensuring disturbance-free operation through preventive and corrective maintenance of power plants, wastewater treatment plants, and waste facilities. Manage the group's budget, oversee maintenance planning, and coordinate cost calculations, procurement, and inventory. Develop action plans for scheduled and unscheduled stoppages, lead projects, and ensure resource and competency supply for the nine-member team. This interim leadership role involves guiding staff on long-term maintenance strategies and reporting on facility documentation changes. Full-time, 100% commitment for approximately six to twelve months starting this autumn.
Required Qualifications
- Högskoleutbildning eller kompetens och erfarenhet som motsvarar två (2) års studier inom relevanta tekniska och/eller underhållsrelaterade områden
- Fyra-fem (4-5) års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet inom operativt underhåll eller annan arbetslivs-erfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig
- Erfarenhet från att vara chef över en arbetsgrupp
- Körkort B
