Job Summary
Interim Director of Nursing (DON/DNS) leading nursing and clinical services in Massachusetts long-term care facilities. This contract-role requires an RN with a MA license and at least five years of nursing leadership experience, including 3-5 years as Director of Nursing. You will direct, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care and services, ensuring compliant, high-quality care across West Newton and Plymouth locations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, MA RN license, CPR and ICP certifications, and strong communication and leadership skills. Travel expense assistance is provided. EO E.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) license for MA
- CPR certification
- ICP certification
- At least five years’ experience in long-term care setting
- 3-5 years as Director of Nursing in relevant setting
