Job Summary
Direct the District’s Human Resources Department to provide strategic HR leadership across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, HRIS, and compliance; develop and execute workforce planning and human capital strategies to support student learning and district priorities; lead recruitment, staffing, performance management, investigations, licensure compliance, and data governance; partner with administrators and labor representatives to optimize workforce effectiveness, equity, and organizational performance; supervise HR staff and drive district-wide HR initiatives, policy development, and risk management under a twelve-month contract.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a closely related field required.
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) preferred.
- Five (5) years of HR leadership experience with strategic planning, talent management, and workforce administration.
- K-12 education HR experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
