Interim Director, Media, Marketing & Operations - Marketplaces - Contract

Leverage data to provide performance reporting, conduct in-depth analysis, and derive actionable insights to inform optimization strategies for enhanced performance across Amazon and Walmart marketplaces. Oversee media planning, budgeting, and execution of monthly strategy, including HVEs, while partnering with agencies to identify and activate media optimizations weekly. Own operational performance by collaborating on inventory planning, forecasting risks, and ensuring optimal in-stock positions to support sales and profitability. Build executive-ready presentations, drive alignment, remove roadblocks, and ensure initiatives are executed on time. Manage agency and external partner relationships by establishing priorities, monitoring deliverables, and holding partners accountable to KPIs and business outcomes. This interim contract role focuses on Q4 2026 Media and Marketing and Q1 2027 Operations, reporting to the VP of Marketplaces. The position requires 30-40 hours per week and involves balancing strategic planning with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
