Job Summary
Implement and lead performance improvement measures while developing personnel and workforce strategies. Ensure operational profitability by managing departments in a fiscally sound manner and identifying growth opportunities. Support overall strategic goals and ensure organizational, physical, and technology infrastructure comply with accreditation and regulatory requirements. Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local laws to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. Participate in self-development activities and encourage staff participation in meeting the organization's mission and goals. Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field
- 10 years experience in successfully managing complex hospital and patient care delivery
- Good organizational skills
- Good time management skills and self directed
- Demonstrates good judgement
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly
