Job Summary
Draft, review, and manage all client, vendor, and service contracts across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with legal, financial, and SOC 2 Type II compliance requirements. Work with Sales leaders to streamline contracting workflows, review key clauses to mitigate risk exposure, and maintain the centralized contract repository with version control and renewal alerts. Coordinate with IT, Legal, and HR teams to support due-diligence processes, SOC 2 audits, and secure data exchange protocols. This fixed-term assignment covers parental leave for the permanent manager, focusing exclusively on contract administration and risk management without procurement strategy or sourcing duties. The role requires ramping up quickly to manage the existing pipeline with minimal disruption until the permanent hire returns.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of overall experience in contracts and contract administration
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in contract administration and management, ideally supporting the delivery of products or services to clients
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II controls and third-party risk management frameworks
- Exceptional attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to ramp up quickly and manage an existing contract pipeline with minimal onboarding time
