Job Summary
Lead the organization's full-scale transformation from self-built software to Microsoft Dynamics, restructuring operational processes and strengthening IT capabilities within a pragmatic, hands-on environment. Manage the transition of approximately 50 employees and 5-7 direct reports through multiple change initiatives, ensuring better collaboration between business and IT while delivering predictable development and implementation trajectories. Requires minimum two prior interim CTO assignments, technical expertise in architecture and development, and extensive ERP experience, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics, within scale-ups. Start immediately for a full-time engagement lasting 9 to 12 months.
Required Qualifications
