Job Summary
Lead financial stability and governance across three manufacturing plants while executing a critical transformation initiative until a permanent CFO is appointed. Ensure seamless transition of the finance function, maintain robust controls in treasury, taxation, and compliance, and partner with the CEO, investors, and consulting firms to drive EBITDA enhancement and cost optimization.
