Job Summary
Analyze end-to-end As-Is processes per cluster, identifying variants, bottlenecks, and dependencies to design standardized, feasible To-Be processes. Reduce variation to a single baseline process per cluster and deliver decision dossiers for the steering group. Advise on ERP and application adjustments from a process perspective, aligning with process owners and the implementation partner. Produce clear process documentation and support adoption and ownership transfer. Report to the operational director and collaborate with the holding's project manager. Deliver a complete As-Is process landscape and proposals aligned with ISO 9001, VCA, and EKH standards. This interim role supports MolenQ Industrial Services in establishing future-proof process standards across its multi-cluster holding structure.
Required Qualifications
- Aantoonbare ervaring met BPM in multicluster MKB‐organisaties met holdingstructuur: inventariseren, ontwerpen, standaardiseren en vastleggen van bedrijfsprocessen
- Hands‐on mentaliteit
- Sterk in analyse en harmonisatie
- Senioriteit blijkt uit inhoudelijke kwaliteit
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Pragmatisch en analytisch
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en kritisch denken
- Constructief, verbindt medewerkers, management en afdelingen
- Houdt overzicht in complexe omgevingen en overtuigt op basis van inhoud
- Fulltime, 4 of 5 dagen per week (in overleg)
- Looptijd: circa zes maanden (definitief te bepalen in overleg)
- Locatie: Voorschoten (op 6 minuten loopafstand van station Voorschoten) met bedrijfsbezoeken door heel Nederland
