Job Summary
Conduct independent monthly accounting for various industries, prepare monthly and annual financial statements, and submit VAT advance declarations. Communicate with the tax authority on tax matters and assist in tax audits. Support projects optimizing accounting and financial processes, including system transitions like RZL to BMD NTCS. Prepare monthly analyses and business evaluations. Engage in interim projects spanning 3 to 12 months within a tax advisory firm, offering flexible hours, home office options, and mentoring from experienced managers.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrfjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Abgeschlossene Buchhalterprüfung (z.B. WIFI / Akademie der Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer)
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens auf C1-Niveau
- Erfahrung mit gängigen ERP-Software-Systemen (z.B. BMD NTCS, Datev, RZL, RZA, DVO)
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung, idealerweise mit abgelegter Personalverrechnungsprüfung
- Wünschenswert: Reisebereitschaft innerhalb von Ostösterreich (ca. 50 %)
- Erfahrung in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei
