Job Summary
Drive boutique sales targets, conversion rates, and Average Unit Retail while managing daily opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory controls for the Jimmy Choo store on Pařížská street. Lead a high-performing team by coaching Sales Associates, setting daily goals, conducting performance reviews, and supporting recruitment to embed brand culture. Maintain strict loss prevention protocols and global visual merchandising standards to ensure a pristine luxury shopping experience for local and international clients. Fluent in English and Czech required for this interim leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of retail experience
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role within luxury retail or premium fashion
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Czech (both written and spoken)
