Job Summary
Interim Assistant Cage Supervisor responsible for operational oversight of Cage Tellers and acting as a liaison between Cage Management and Teller staff. Oversees Teller performance, schedules, and compliance with company policies; maintains knowledge of departmental computer systems, ensures cage equipment is in working order, and generates daily activity reports. Requires leadership and strong communication to manage shift responsibilities, address operational issues, and support departmental efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Two years’ experience in a casino cage environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Casino work permit from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department
- Ability to supervise Cage department processes and provide staff guidance (coaching and disciplinary actions)
- Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
- Proven reliability and punctuality
- Professional appearance and ethical decision-making abilities
- In-depth understanding of cage operations and procedures
