Job Summary
Manage and coordinate technical, organizational, contractual, and physical interfaces between project disciplines, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to prevent design conflicts and construction delays. Lead day-to-day interface management activities by establishing the Interface Management Plan, maintaining the Interface Register, and developing Interface Responsibility Matrices. Identify, document, and monitor multidisciplinary interfaces across Civil, Structural, MEP, and ICT systems while facilitating workshops and coordinating meetings. Resolve design clashes, scope gaps, and technical discrepancies through action tracking and escalation protocols. Provide regular status reports, maintain risk registers, and ensure interface requirements are incorporated into project schedules and milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience in interface management, engineering coordination, construction management, or project delivery
- Proven experience on major airport, infrastructure, transportation, or large-scale construction projects
- Strong multidisciplinary coordination experience
- Experience managing interfaces between contractors, consultants, design teams, and project stakeholders
- AutoCAD / BIM Awareness
- MS Office / Advanced Excel
