Job Summary
Assist in executing trading transactions in fixed income and derivative instruments under supervision. Monitor and report on domestic and global market trends, interest rate movements, and macroeconomic indicators to support trading decisions. Prepare market research, trading reports, and performance summaries for senior traders and management. Support the evaluation of new financial instruments and derivative products by gathering data and conducting preliminary analysis. Collaborate with risk management and product development teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Contribute to the improvement of trading systems, data infrastructure, and workflows by providing feedback and assisting in testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in capital markets, trading, or related financial services
- Basic understanding of interest rate products, derivatives, and risk management principles
- Familiarity with local and international financial markets and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with eagerness to learn and grow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling tools, and market data systems; experience with trading platforms is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
