Intercompany Senior Accountant

Job Summary
Intercompany Senior Accountant responsible for supporting IC HUB activities including IC invoices processing, reconciliation, accruals, netting, month-end tasks, KPI reporting, and analysis of control reports. You will assist in preparing procedures, maintain compliance with local regulations, coordinate with local entities via regular and ad-hoc calls, share best practices with the team, and support the Team Leader in daily operations and ad hoc analyses. The role involves participation in joint multinational projects, requires an analytical mindset with attention to detail, and a collaborative, proactive approach to improve processes within an international environment. The position is based in Kraków, Poland with hybrid work arrangements, and the organization emphasizes integrity, excellence, collaboration, and courage as core values.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in accounting processes (AP, AR or GL)
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Very good knowledge and understanding of E2E Intercompany process
- English at communicative level
- Ability to adapt, multi-task, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-culturally
