Job Summary
Intercompany Outbound Analyst role focusing on managing intercompany orders using SAP/COMS/IOMS, coordinating with source of supply and 3PL freight forwarders to ensure timely export of international orders, ensuring compliance with export rules and regulations, handling inquiries from international subsidiaries regarding order status and escalation handling, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and processes, and supporting ERP deployments and documentation maintenance. Requires strong Thai language skills, cross-functional collaboration, and advanced Excel proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- +2 years of experience in Customer Service
- SAP experience
- Fluent in Thai (oral and written)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Team player
