Job Summary
Intercompany Outbound Analyst (Portuguese Speaker) manages intercompany orders via SAP/COMS/IOMS/Salesforce/BPCS/Lotus Notes, coordinating with source of supply, 3PLs, and ERP deployments to ensure timely export of international orders; applies export regulations, handles inquiries from international subsidiaries, follows up on escalations, aims to improve customer satisfaction and processes; participates in corporate programs, supports cross-functional teams, and adheres to EHS and global standards; willingness to work graveyard shift and collaborate with virtual teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and/or transportation
- SAP experience
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- English and Portuguese language proficiency
