Job Summary
Intercompany Inbound Analyst (Spanish Speaker) responsible for managing intercompany orders using SAP, COMS, IOMS, Salesforce, BPCS, and Lotus Notes; coordinate with source of supply locations, 3PL freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely export of international orders; ensure compliance with export rules and international policies; handle inquiries from international subsidiaries, resolve delays and escalations, and drive customer satisfaction and process improvements; provide back-up support to the Intercompany team and assist with ERP deployments; requires fluent Spanish and ability to work a graveyard shift; strong proficiency in SAP and Excel and exposure to Lean Six Sigma and project-management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor level university college degree or higher
- +2 years of experience in Customer Service
- SAP Experience
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, advanced knowledge in Excel
- Fluent in Spanish (oral & written)
- Able to work graveyard shift
