Intercompany Finance Manager

Job Summary
Conduct detailed analysis and reconciliation of intercompany balances across multiple legal entities while ensuring accurate monthly management accounts under US GAAP are delivered within established deadlines. Prepare and deliver internal management reports covering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to the Global Intercompany Process Owner, and draft insightful commentaries to support strategic decision-making. Lead a team of three finance professionals by providing supervision, coaching, and support to foster a high-performance culture, while managing end-to-end ownership of intercompany invoicing and Indirect Tax reporting calculations. This role ensures robust internal controls and alignment with global accounting policies, requiring deep expertise in transfer pricing and Sarbanes-Oxley legislation. You will collaborate with senior finance members and external advisors to maintain compliance in critical areas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
- at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Successful track record in managing and developing high-performing teams, including remote team members
- Proven ability to deliver consistently high levels of productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster teamwork and earn trust
- Demonstrated capacity for process improvement and handling complex situations
- Fluency in English
- proficiency in Excel
- knowledge of Oracle Fusion
- knowledge of PowerBi
