Job Summary
Coordinate the daily operations of the Flexbureau by recruiting, selecting, and mentoring flexible care staff while ensuring optimal matching between care needs and available personnel. Coach employees during their deployment, maintain relationships with managers, and analyze staffing utilization to identify process improvements for workforce management. Monitor service quality, execute administrative tasks, and advise on capacity planning within Warande's elderly care organization. This 24-hour role offers a salary between €2,981 and €4,245 under the CAO VVT framework, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring binnen arbeidsbemiddeling, personeelsplanning, recruitment of workforce management
- Kennis van relevante regel- en wetgeving m.b.t. de planning (CAO regelingen, arbeidstijden wet, arbeidstijdenbesluit)
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling
- Organisatietalent, analytisch vermogen en gevoel voor kwaliteit
- Wij vragen je een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) aan te leveren
