Conduct recruitment, sales, planning, and HR tasks in a 360-degree role across Etten-Leur and West-Brabant. Manage personnel planning for client pools, visit customers to identify opportunities, and advise as an HR partner. Recruit candidates via multiple channels, perform intake interviews, and make perfect matches. Coordinate administrative onboarding, draft contracts, and handle payroll or vacation inquiries. Guide flexworkers on-site, conduct performance conversations, and act as their primary contact point. Maintain a schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week with a B license and own vehicle required.
