Manage and proactively expand networks of employers and job seekers within the Utrecht region. Conduct in-depth intake interviews, pitch suitable candidates, and organize networking events to attract new talent. Switch seamlessly between client meetings and candidate conversations while leveraging both online and offline recruitment tools. Operate 32 to 40 hours per week with a flexible hybrid schedule, supported by an onboarding program and performance-based bonus.
