Job Summary
Support corporate online, virtual, and hybrid events by managing setup, livestream production, technical operations, moderation, and metrics collection. Gather requirements from customers and partners to develop tool and platform recommendations based on content, security, and cost concerns. Coordinate with Corporate Communications and IT teams to prepare, convert, and publish video, photo, and web content across multiple internal and external WordPress-based channels. Optimize assets for various digital formats and maintain schedules for asset deployment. This role requires full-time on-site work at the Chantilly, Virginia campus facility.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in related field
- Three or more years of related experience
- Experience running technical and administrative aspects of online and virtual events, including livestream production, managing presentations, switching feeds and content sources, and other backend systems
- Familiarity with event management on Zoom, MS Teams, and similar platforms
- Experience creating content and managing websites in WordPress
- Experience with video formats, codecs, optimization, and conversion for multi-channel publication
- Experience with graphic file formats and optimizing these for digital publication
- Experience using current best practices in website media hosting (video, animations, etc.)
- Familiar with digital asset management systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government
- U.S. citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Six or more years of related experience
- Experience running digital signage systems, and ability to configure and install devices
- Familiarity with Vimeo, and other video hosting platforms
- Experience with streaming live or recorded events over YouTube or other social media channels
- Experience running BlackMagic or similar streaming and presentation devices
- Familiar with Adobe Premiere and related video software
- Knowledge of developing websites and themes in WordPress and SharePoint systems
- Graphics design and/or editorial experience
