Job Summary
Conduct history and physical examinations, perform appropriate interventions, and coordinate patient care according to established Standards of Care. Manage assigned patients within the critical care unit while maintaining current BCLS and ACLS certifications. Requires a Bachelor's degree, an accredited Master's in Nursing or Physician Assistant program, and critical care certification. Schedule includes 7AM-7PM shifts with weekend coverage. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
- Successful completion of an accredited Masters of Science in Nursing Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program
- Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
- Current certification by an approved certifying organization (i.e. National Certification Board of PNP, National Certification, National Certification Corporation, American Nurses Credentialing Center...) for critical care
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
- Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
- Weekend Requirements: Yes
