Job Summary
Conduct daily multidisciplinary rounds and lead unit operations within a closed ICU model at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. Provide exceptional patient care as a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Critical Care Intensist, collaborating closely with a dedicated Critical Care APP. Maintain a minimum of 35 shifts per quarter in a 100% on-site role with flexible scheduling designed to accommodate preferences. Secure a Washington medical license and DEA authority while earning a competitive base salary with production incentives, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice, 401k, and CME allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Critical Care Intensivist
- Board Certification: ABA or ABIM in Critical Care
- 2+ years of experience
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington
- Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Minimum of 35 shifts per quarter
Desired Qualifications
- Combined Pulmonary and Critical Care board certification
- Candidates boarded in Emergency Medicine
