Intensivist APP (81340)

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with complex medical conditions, overseeing fluid resuscitation, antibiotic stewardship, hemodynamic management, ventilator modes, and invasive/non-invasive parameter interpretation. Execute required procedures and interventions while ensuring consistent evaluation of patient progress toward goals. Maintain safe, efficient, resource-conscious care standards and encourage clinical staff to uphold similar protocols within the Onslow Memorial Hospital system. Participate in activities enhancing the hospital's mission and goals. Requires current North Carolina RN or PA license, BLS upon hire, and ACLS within six months. One year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates must complete the Internship Program.
