Job Summary
The Intensive Support and Stabilization Care Professional is responsible for crisis intervention and stabilization, providing daily living support, behavioral coaching, and skill building. Candidates should have a high school diploma and related experience, along with a valid Montana driver’s license and a clean background check. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or HSE
- Past employment experience
- Valid Montana Driver’s License (or willing to obtain)
- Acceptable driving record
- Acceptable criminal and protective services background check
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to implement Individual Treatment Plans, Behavior Management Plans, Independent Living Plans, and Personal Support Plans as written
- Competence in supporting activities of daily living (ADLs): personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, toileting, mobility, and medication monitoring
- Skill in teaching and reinforcing coping skills, social skills, and independent living skills
- Capacity to follow and reinforce structured behavioral interventions and reinforcement systems
