Intensive Stabilization Residential Manager - Youth DD Residential Services (Anaconda, MT)

Intensive Stabilization Residential Manager leading staff and overseeing care in a Montana group home. Responsibilities include staff management (hiring, training, supervision, scheduling), resident care and daily living/health needs, budgeting and financial oversight, ensuring compliance with state/federal licensing, safety and maintenance of the home, and effective communication with residents, families, and external agencies. Leads development of Individual Treatment Plans and coordinates individual/group/family therapies; ensures safety procedures and residents’ rights; manages day-to-day finances and maintenance of residents, vehicles, and equipment; participates as a treatment team member and supports community/educational activities to build skills. Requires a BS/BA Degree in the Human Services field or at least four years of direct employment experience with two years in a supervisory/leadership role, valid Montana Driver’s License, acceptable driving record, and criminal background check. Salary $65,000.00 per year with a $5.00 per hour stipend for hours worked in an Intensive Stabilization facility.
