Job Summary
Intensive Services Outpatient Therapists provide mental health services including individual, group, and family therapy in various settings. They work collaboratively with teams to assess clients and link families to essential community services. This position demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, clinical skills for crisis stabilization, and strong time management. Responsibilities also include thorough documentation of services, coordination of care with agencies, and maintaining professional boundaries.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in related field (MFT, MSW, LPCC)
- Must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or the Board of Psychology
- Valid California driver’s license
- Current automobile insurance
- Clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company
- Immediate access to vehicle during work hours
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
