Intensive Outpatient Program Supervisor

Job Summary
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Supervisor oversees clinical operational oversight and supervision of the IOP program and staff, including direct reports such as clinical IOP Therapists and Technicians. Responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management; ensuring regulatory compliance; day-to-day operational oversight of IOP tracks; collaboration with the IOP Program Director; clinical assessments, development of individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices; leading group therapy; coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care; monitoring and documenting client progress; providing crisis intervention; maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans; participating in case conferences and team meetings; staying current with developments in mental health and evidence-based practices; and performing other duties as assigned. Supervises up to 8 staff members and requires a Master’s degree and state licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field
- Three years of experience in mental health with two years experience working in an IOP setting
- Experience using evidence-based treatments to treat multiple behavioral health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD
- State licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required
