Intensive Outpatient Facilitator

Job Summary
Conduct intake screenings, perform psychosocial assessments, and facilitate intensive outpatient group, individual, and family sessions using industry-recognized therapeutic modalities. Manage administrative functions including admission documentation, referral contacts, urine drug screens, and payer authorization for concurrent treatment. Deliver psychoeducational programming through didactic and audiovisual formats while maintaining expected census in group sessions. Present cases at weekly treatment teams, participate in clinical supervision, and develop systems for tracking admissions and performance. Assist the Program Director with business development and marketing functions as needed. Maintain current CPR certification, yearly TB testing, and annual screening certification as required by the state.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
- at least two (2) years of professional experience working with individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders
- mental health and substance use disorders
- Specialized training to work with individuals who have co-occurring disorders
- Master's degree or, at minimum, on track for LADAC with a Bachelor's degree (in human services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, etc.)
- 2+ years' experience working in addictive/co-occurring disorders
- 3 years' experience in addictive/co-occurring disorders
- actively in the process of licensure as an alcohol and drug abuse counselor
- Master's degree in human services or related field
- Deep understanding of the etiology and treatment of substance-use disorders

- Master's degree in human services or related field
- Must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), Resident (LMHP-R), Resident in Psychology (LMHP-RP), or Supervisee in Social Work (LMHP-S)
- Maintain current CPR certification
