Job Summary
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and instructional sessions for students with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders using applied behavior analysis principles. Maintain safety-care fluency, execute de-escalation strategies, and supervise learners during non-instructional periods in a classroom of up to eight students. Collect behavioral and instructional data accurately, update electronic systems, and alert supervisors regarding variable progress or safety concerns. Assist with functional assessments, design data collection systems, and provide coaching to junior staff members. Support fidelity monitoring, participate in case reviews, and facilitate community-based instruction and transportations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Fluency in Safety-Care implementation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong data collection and documentation skills
- Ability to implement complex behavior intervention plans

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience working directly with students admitted to the Intensive Neurobehavioral Classroom (for internal candidates)
- Experience supporting individuals with severe aggression, self-injurious behavior, property destruction, or elopement
- Experience in educational, clinical, residential, or neurobehavioral settings serving individuals with significant behavioral support needs
