Job Summary
Implement activities guided by individual treatment plans to champion recovery efforts while monitoring daily living activities for clients with severe and persistent mental illness. Assist individuals in treating dependence with dignity, respect, and empowerment through education and supportive engagement. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or related field preferred. Two years of experience working with individuals with severe mental illness is preferred. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance.
