Job Summary
In-Home Team Lead responsible for providing and coordinating individual and family therapy to youth in home and community settings, supervising IIH team members, coordinating clinical assessments and interventions, and ensuring coordinated service delivery. Role requires clinical licensure (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT/LP) and a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience with youth MH/SU diagnoses. Duties include designation of team staff with specialized clinical expertise, supervising team members, participation in person-centered planning, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, coordination with external providers and supports, and ensuring timely progress toward goals. In-person, face-to-face sessions are required; role is full-time with office coordination and on-call crisis support; location-based work in Jefferson, NC area.
Required Qualifications
- CLINICAL Licensure (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, LP/A)
- Master’s degree
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adolescents with MH/SU diagnoses
