Intensive In-Home Team Lead

Intensive In-Home Team Lead overseeing a team that delivers in-home, face-to-face therapy to youth in their homes and community, with on-call crisis support. The role involves assigning staff with specialized clinical expertise, coordinating assessments and reassessments, providing clinical guidance and supervision to IIH team members, participating in person-centered planning, implementing home-based behavioral support plans, delivering psychoeducation, intervening during crises, engaging with providers and natural supports, ensuring the IIH team functions cohesively, and meeting weekly to review progress and interventions. The position requires clinical licensure and a Master’s degree, and involves working out of the office to coordinate with the team; it is full-time with flexible office hours based on visits and staffing, and includes extensive training and benefits.
