Job Summary
Seeking experienced Licensed Clinicians for the Intensive In-Community Program to provide short-term, evidence-based therapy to youth and families in their homes. Responsibilities include conducting weekly therapeutic sessions, maintaining an active caseload (up to 20 hours per week), completing treatment consents and chart forms, participating in Child Family Team Meetings, and collaborating with community resources. Qualifications include a Master’s degree and a valid NJ state license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Bilingual skills preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field, such as Psychology
- Current verifiable New Jersey State license required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Proficient computer skills, i.e., typing, email
- Possession of a verifiable valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual skills preferred
Additional Requirements
- Required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel locally using own transportation
