Job Summary
Support 18+ residents in Dartford by coaching them to map out and achieve their future independence goals. Develop young people's skills and confidence to live autonomously while acting as a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Assist residents in planning their futures and fostering their self-sufficiency within the housing team.
Required Qualifications
- qualification in youth work, housing or within a similar area
- experience working with young people to develop their independence
- clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- evidence that they are eligible and have the right to work in the UK
