Intensive Home-Based Counselor/Social Worker - $3,500 Bonus

The Intensive Home-Based Counselor/Social Worker provides trauma-informed, venue-based mental health support to youth and families through the IHBT program. Responsibilities include identifying trauma history and risk factors, adapting treatment to cultural context, engaging caregivers and key participants in change-oriented treatment, coordinating referrals for more intensive services, participating in clinical supervision, scheduling and conducting therapy sessions with individuals and families (evening hours), managing crisis situations with direct client intervention, and providing on-call crisis intervention. Requires active Ohio licensure (LSW/LPC/MFT) or equivalent credentials, a valid Ohio driver’s license with proof of auto insurance, and the ability to work in a hybrid in-person/remote setting. Strong emphasis on crisis management, treatment planning, collaboration with an inter-professional team, and adherence to equal opportunity employment. Master’s degree is preferred; bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required.
