Job Summary
Ensure IFBS Coordinators provide intensive, short-term interventions in the home and community for children, youth, and families at risk of state custody or working to reunify. Track referrals to adhere to the 13-week program timeframe, sign Plans of Care, and assist with CANS assessments. Assign referrals, maintain communication with DCF-FSD, and take referrals with a minimal caseload to comply with contract obligations. Maintain CANS certification and support ongoing training in Motivational Interviewing practices. Attend monthly IFBS provider meetings and additional trainings as required. Full-time, 40-hour week, M-F with a flexible schedule including some early mornings and later evenings. Starting pay is $24.46 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field
- Associate's Degree in human services or related field with four (4) years of relevant experience
- High School diploma or equivalent with minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Two (2) years of experience at Easterseals, or in the human services field, preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience, strongly preferred
- CANS certification, or the ability to obtain certification within three (3) months
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
