Job Summary
Provide intensive care to patients with one or more threatened vital functions, including participation in the resuscitation and SIT teams. Prioritize care in hectic and acute situations while maintaining strong communication with patients and their families to offer reassurance and accurate information. Requires BIG registration and prior intensive care nursing experience. The role is part of a supportive team with active working groups and regular social events.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma IC Verpleegkunde met BIG-registratie
- Werkervaring als IC verpleegkundige in een ziekenhuis
- Doordat je goed bent in het stellen van prioriteiten kun je goed omgaan met hectiek en acute situaties
- Jij kunt je goed inleven in de patiënt en zijn of haar naasten
- Door jouw goede communicatieve vaardigheden weet jij hen gerust te stellen en op de juiste manier te informeren
