Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (Fulltime/Nights): Provides direct patient care on a Neuro/Cardiac ICU unit, assesses and plans care, delegates to non-RN staff, may act as charge nurse, and participates in educational activities. Demonstrates competency in neuro assessment, airway management, ventilator care, and post-operative cardiac/neuro procedures; collaborates with healthcare team to develop and adjust plans of care, ensure discharge readiness, and support patient and family education. Positions involve supervising unit activities and coordinating care across ICU units according to unit policies. Locations: Hudson County, NJ. Licensing as an RN and CT state licensure required; BSN not specified. EE0/AA/Disability/Veteran compliant.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut
