Job Summary
Provide leadership and oversight for the Intensive Adult Outpatient team, managing staffing for the Peer Lounge and supporting staff development. Deliver clinical support and intervention to clients while providing outreach to help individuals engage in mental health, medical, and community-based services. Collaborate with clinical, medical, psychiatric, and peer support teams to ensure coordinated care across multiple settings, including the clinic and Peer Drop-In Center. This full-time exempt role supports a multidisciplinary team serving individuals with chronic and acute mental health needs in Anchorage, Alaska.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Relevant clinical experience
