Job Summary
Coordinate design, testing, and implementation for the IntelligentRx Real-Time Benefit tool and MyRx pharmacy pricing service with internal and external vendors. Gather and document business system requirements, influence system design to improve support, and ensure solutions meet organizational goals. Complete project and reporting support, manage operational readiness, and transition deliverables to the production support team while adhering to established guidelines. This role supports connections with external technology vendors and aligns with department strategy to continuously improve consumer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
- Technical writing experience
- Project management experience
- Product management experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps
- Wireless, wired cable or DSL connection
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions
- Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
- Knowledge and understanding of the SDLC process
