Job Summary
Conduct testing on eDrive systems, motors, and power electronic components by formulating test plans, executing procedures, and delivering reports. Participate in R&D processes to verify product performance, reliability, and safety while identifying defects and analyzing root causes. Research and implement AI-powered intelligent testing methods to optimize conventional modes and improve testing efficiency. Track industrial technology trends to propose test plan optimizations and promote upgrades in testing technology and equipment. Master's degree in electrical automation or related fields with experience in high-voltage electrical, motor, and power electronic testing required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or above
- Major in electrical Automation, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology related fields
- Familiar with working principle of high-voltage electricity
- Master of basic characteristics of high-voltage electricity
- Solid theoretical knowledge of eMotor and PE
- Proficient in conventional performance, durability, working condition and reliability testing methods and procedures for eDrive system
