Job Summary
Intelligent Automation Support Engineer to monitor and troubleshoot RPA and GenAI bots (Fastlane, DIA Brain) for Bosch internal automation platforms; provide deployment, scheduling, monitoring, debugging, and production support; manage incidents, SLAs, and stakeholder communications; support integration with enterprise apps, databases, APIs, and third-party systems; maintain knowledge base and collaborate with developers, infrastructure, and support teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of RPA development/production support experience; proficiency in Automation Anywhere 360; strong analytical, communication, and ownership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in RPA development and/or production support
- Proficiency in Automation Anywhere 360
- Good understanding of RPA architecture, workflow design, APIs, databases, and system integrations
- Familiarity with incident management, SLA handling, and support processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management, customer handling, and expectation management skills
- Ability to manage escalations professionally and work independently with strong ownership
- Open to learn new tools and technologies used within Bosch
