Job Summary
Intelligent Automation Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will partner with global stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, and RPA tools. Responsibilities include translating business needs into requirements and process flows, designing and implementing automation solutions to improve productivity, quality, and customer/employee experience, and delivering end-to-end automation from discovery to deployment while collaborating with global business and functional teams. The role emphasizes building reusable components, governance, and knowledge sharing through a repository of tools and best practices. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Computer Science/IT Business Application with 3+ years of experience, hands-on experience with Copilot/Copilot Studio and Power Platform/RPA, familiarity with SAP scripting/VBA and SAP ERP/Business Objects as advantages, and strong communication and analytical abilities. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, within Huntsman’s global, multinational organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Computer Science / IT Business Application with at least 3 years of working experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including building and configuring agents and integrating them with business processes and data
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing major business automation solutions in Microsoft Power Platform and/or RPA technologies
- Automation Anywhere (preferred), any RPA software experience is a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience in developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power App, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience SAP scripting and VBA is a strong plus
- SAP ERP and / or SAP Business Objects experience is a plus
- Multinational organization experience strongly preferred
- Must have aptitude towards technology and analysis
- Be flexible with working schedule as part of a global organization
